Client stock gets tangled
Client-owned inventory, SKUs and operating rules are planned within one system, with access scoped to each client.

MONUMENT SUITE · MONUMENT FOR 3PLS
A food brand needs expiry control. A beauty brand needs batch history. A battery client brings a different shipping rulebook. Monument is being developed as a modular ERP with a built-in WMS for 3PLs managing that complexity.
In development · All capabilities described here are plannedMonument has no production customers yet. We are inviting conversations with prospective design partners.
The exceptions are familiar. These are the workflows Monument is being developed to support.
Client-owned inventory, SKUs and operating rules are planned within one system, with access scoped to each client.
Contract-based storage, handling and accessorial billing is planned to connect billable activity to client terms and reduce missed charges.
Planned item and opening-inventory imports aim to shorten onboarding, with validation before inventory becomes operational.
A planned client portal or reporting would give clients inventory, order and lot/expiry visibility within their own account.
Planned EDI and retailer workflows would let the 3PL manage client transactions, acknowledgements and exceptions against each trading partner’s requirements.
Client-specific lot, expiry, FEFO and serial controls are planned for receiving, allocation and shipment history.
Planned workflows cover food traceability, beauty batch records, hazmat storage segregation and dangerous-goods shipping information. Product and facility requirements still need validation.
Planned labor and productivity reporting would connect activity, workload and exceptions so supervisors can decide where help is needed.
Planned SCM, Demand Planning and Procurement modules would give brand clients more reasons to build around the 3PL relationship.
Planned Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning and Procurement modules would let brand clients build on the same live inventory data used by their 3PL. With client-scoped permissions, the intended model avoids a separate inventory system and data re-entry, and gives the 3PL a broader role in its clients’ supply decisions.
Shared inventory access, permissions and cross-module workflows are planned.
All modules and workflows below are planned. Scope and release availability will be confirmed with design partners.
Client inventory, receiving, allocation, lot/serial history and labor visibility.
Client billing, order activity and retailer transaction context.
A planned extension for brand clients: turn warehouse inventory into supply and purchasing decisions.
Aurvandil’s founder brings experience in warehousing, transportation, demand planning and supply chain across food and CPG, beauty, Li-ion and electronics, furniture, mattresses and more. That background shapes the questions behind Monument: what the worker needs next, where a handoff breaks down and which exceptions need a decision.
Food, cosmetics and dangerous goods have different obligations. Review the niche pages below for official sources and scope-specific checks.
