A new shade, a different pack size, a retailer launch and a direct-to-consumer order can all hit the same warehouse. Monument is being developed to keep the product and batch context connected as that work moves.
In development · All capabilities described here are plannedMonument has no production customers yet. We are inviting conversations with prospective design partners.
The exceptions are familiar. These are the workflows Monument is being developed to support.
Planned item and variant controls would distinguish shades, sizes and channel-specific packs within each client account.
Planned batch/lot history would link receipts, on-hand stock and shipments for investigation and recall preparation.
Planned expiry and shelf-life rules would support stock rotation and customer-specific allocation requirements.
Planned omnichannel order workflows would retain retailer, wholesale and DTC requirements alongside inventory decisions.
Planned traceability and document workflows would help organize operational evidence for the responsible person’s review of MoCRA obligations.
Connect launches, channel demand and supplier decisions to warehouse inventory. Planned SCM, Demand Planning and Procurement modules would use the same live inventory foundation, without a separate inventory system or data re-entry.
Shared inventory access, permissions and cross-module workflows are planned.
All modules and workflows below are planned. Scope and release availability will be confirmed with design partners.

Aurvandil’s founder brings experience in warehousing, transportation, demand planning and supply chain across food and CPG, beauty, Li-ion and electronics, furniture, mattresses and more. That background shapes the questions behind Monument: what the worker needs next, where a handoff breaks down and which exceptions need a decision.
MoCRA gives FDA records-access and mandatory-recall authorities under specified conditions. Responsible persons have serious adverse event reporting and recordkeeping duties; FDA describes six-year adverse-event record retention, or three years for certain small businesses. These are not blanket retention periods for every warehouse record. Batch tracking can support an investigation, but it does not by itself fulfill MoCRA obligations. Shelf-life and expiry practices depend on product classification and customer requirements; products such as some sunscreens or acne treatments may also be regulated as drugs.
