Our name draws on the story of Aurvandil, his star, and light in Norse mythology. For us, that light represents a simple idea: helping people see a clearer way forward.

Aurvandil grew out of a recurring frustration: workflows with too many steps, processes more complicated than the work itself, and software with too little flexibility for the person or business using it.
We aim to ease that burden. Our focus is useful software that simplifies everyday tasks, offers practical value, and accommodates different needs. The purpose stays the same as we grow: make life and work easier.
